TL;DR
I’m Fletcher Galeano, a resident inventor based in Medellín, Colombia.
Throughout my career I’ve been hired as a writer, operator, project manager, educator, consultant, and systems designer. Those roles looked different on paper, but they consistently required me to understand complicated environments, identify the patterns inside them, and build something that made them easier to navigate.
What That Looks Like in Practice
I diagnose operational friction, design documentation and knowledge systems, translate between technical and non-technical teams, and turn recurring problems into frameworks, products, and shared language.
I’m usually most useful when something important is happening inconsistently, information is difficult to find, ownership is unclear, or leadership has become the default answer to everything.
Current Focus
My primary framework is the Operational Entropy Index, which examines how organizations accumulate friction as information gets lost, workflows degrade, ownership becomes unclear, and temporary workarounds become permanent infrastructure.
That work has expanded into operational diagnostics, Entropy-Compatible Hiring, and AI-assisted tools.
