What That Looks Like in Practice

Throughout my career I’ve been a writer, operator, project manager, educator, consultant, and systems designer. I build frameworks, software, documentation, knowledge systems, teaching methods, writing, games, and whatever other form the idea requires.

I’m usually most useful when something important is happening inconsistently, information is difficult to find, ownership is unclear, or leadership has become the default answer to everything.

Current Focus

One deep vertical is the Operational Entropy Index, which examines how organizations accumulate friction as information gets lost, workflows degrade, ownership becomes unclear, and temporary workarounds become permanent infrastructure.

I also collaborate with AI for retrieval, computation, mixing, challenge, drafting, modeling, specification, and implementation. Its contribution can be substantial; judgment about meaning and authorship stays with me.
